Returns
Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item stating the reason for return and providing clear photos if the item is broken or deemed to be faulty. If the packaging is damaged please photograph it before opening it. The item will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Return postage costs must be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit. You will be required to use the same postage service with the same level of insurance as was used when the item was sent to you. Please ensure the item is carefully and appropriately wrapped and that you retain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in order to qualify for a refund.
Please note - Earrings, bespoke and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged in transit.
